Get the grounds right. Keep them that way.

Plan it, build it, keep it sharp.
A lot of commercial grounds were planted for opening day and patched ever since. Beds fill in with weeds, water pools at the entry, the lighting goes dark one fixture at a time, and the turf never quite recovers. When that's where a property is, we start with a plan. Chris Scheer or Cameron McGinnis walks the site with you, and a conceptual landscape design lays out the planting, hardscape, drainage, and lighting before anyone breaks ground. Then our crew builds it.
After that, the same Father Nature crew keeps it. Pruning, beds, turf, irrigation, seasonal color, cleanups, and storm response, on a weekly or biweekly calendar set in advance and timed to the way PNW seasons actually move. It's our own people, not a rotating sub. They learn how the property is built and catch the small things before they turn into line items. You get notes after each visit and a number that picks up.
You get an estimate up front, built from real data. Once you go ahead, we bill actual time on site plus actual materials, so you pay for the hours and materials the property takes, month by month, in the slow season and the busy one.
Walk, plan,
build, maintain.

Free site walk
Chris Scheer or Cameron McGinnis walks the property with you, looks at what's there and what it's costing now, and flags what's getting missed. The first walk is free.

The plan
Where the grounds need rework, we start with a paid conceptual landscape design covering planting, hardscape, drainage, lighting, and how people move through the site. Alongside it, a maintenance scope and a weekly or biweekly calendar with the seasonal touchpoints mapped ahead of time.

Built, then kept by one crew
Our crew builds the plan, then services the property each cycle, leaves notes on what got done, and stays ahead of the work. One point of contact for everything outside the building.
What the build looks like
from your side.
Most of our buyers have been burned before — by a quick-quote contractor, a vague estimate, a crew that vanished. Here's what to expect, step by step.

The first meeting
Chris or Cameron shows up. It's not a sales pitch — it's both sides deciding whether the fit is right. Bring your questions. We'll bring ours. If it's a fit, we keep going. If not, you've lost nothing.

See it before the shovel
Your conceptual landscape design is a real plan — materials, layout, planting, lighting, and a clear cost estimate — worked out at the kitchen table before the first day of work. No lowball quotes that balloon later. You see the project, then decide.
- III.
Real numbers, walked through line by line
No off-the-hip estimates. We sit with you and explain what each line item buys and where the cost comes from. From there the work runs on time and materials — you pay for the actual hours on your property and the actual materials used, never a guess that balloons later. It's the fairest model for both sides.

Same crew, every week
The same crew builds your project start to finish. Same names on site through the whole build. Changes aren't arguments — they're conversations, talked through and approved before anyone swings a tool.

We don't disappear at the end
Walkthrough, punch-out, follow-up. Many projects roll naturally into a maintenance contract because the team you've worked with for weeks is the same team you'll see next spring. Most of our clients come back for a second or third project.
Start with a walk of the property.
Chris Scheer or Cameron McGinnis walks the site with you, looks at what it needs and what it's costing now, and talks through what a redesign and a maintenance calendar would look like for it. The first walk is free.
